2011 Operation Programme Business & Innovations – Real Estates

Reconstruction of a part of the ROTAS STROJÍRNY spol. s r.o.'s premises

The company carried out a complete reconstruction of the existing production hall, reinforced handling and communication areas for transportation purposes and building a new own transformer station.

2009 Operation Programme Business & Innovations – DEVELOPMENT

Combined plasma-oxygen burning system and portal milling machine

Purchase of a new combined burning system and a new portal milling machine of respectable size of the machine desk 3 000 x 18 000 mm.

Both the above devices extended significantly the technological capacities of our company, increased the progress and production process productivity, and helped expand the customer portfolio and also the product base.

Educational courses

The educational courses that were a part of the “Keep learning!” project were funded from the Human Resources & Employment Operation Programme and from the Czech Republic's state budget.

2002-2003 PHARE Grant Programme

Design and implementation of new press VL 100“ designed for production of truck tyres

The project was co-funded from public EU resources of the EU Phare programme and from the Czech Republic's state budget.

The press VL 100“ offers a variety of newly utilised technological and design solutions. An original design that combines the traditional mechanical BOM system along with a hydraulic design of movements and central mechanism was used (membrane controlling cylinders).
