General repairs and upgrade
- repairs of curing presses of own design
- made by prominent worldwide manufacturers (e.g. Krupp, Mitsubishi, Pomini/ Farrel, Mc Neil Shaw, Autoform)
The presses excel with long service life, majority of presses delivered to the Czech Republic and Central Europe undergo general repair after 20-25 years of operation. Among other, such repair includes press control upgradeand prolongs the service life of the machines by additional ca. 20 years.
- Installation of automatic control of the entire curing process, including control and additional devices (e.g. loading device, extracting device, slips and stabilising device).
- General repairs of additional devices (or making new ones, if requested) to such extent and at such level which allows the devices to be included in the automatic control system.
Data collection and registration
Scope of selected data processing and registration in the control system of the press:
- data on the course of the curing process
- data on the course of temperatures during heating the steam domes
- registration of technological errors
- information on stopping the press
- number of curing cycles
- registration of time course of processes
- Submission of operators' reports to the foreman, and vice versa.
