The loading device allows relocation of semiproduct to the press and subsequent relocation of final tyres off the press.
All the above data can be modified as per the customer's request.
Description of curing press VL 125”
In 2007 they decided about the next design step of hydraulic-mechanic presses, and developed a design of yet Europelargest manufactured curing press 125". If offers implementation of all upgrade features and knowledge gained in the manufacture of VL 90“H and VL 100“, and additionally a number of newly utilised technological and design solutions resulting from the specificities of that giant machine.
Lifting and tilting of the upper parts of the steam dome is solved by means of pulls and eccentric wheels, thedrive comprises a pair of electric motors with direct drive via a pinion. The drive are coordinated by means of an electronic shaft. As standard, we use NORD drives. Tilting is performed by a pair of hydraulic cylinders. Customer can choose among several variants of hydraulic equipment made by prominent world manufacturers. Both movements are speed adjustable. The press is equipped with an efficient thermal insulation of the steam dome, or with heater plates - depending on the variant.
The entire activity is controlled from a control cabinet, including the loading or withdrawing device. As standard, we provide our presses with Siemens or Alain Bradley control system.
In automatic mode, the press operates from gripping the semiproduct in front of the press, up to lowering of a final tyre to the cooling place next to the press.
Presses are typically delivered in a version with a steam dome or with heater plates. In both cases, the pressure vessel certificate is a matter of course.
